Pole Dance Teacher Training at Step Up Dance Studio isn't just a seminar. What is Pole Dance Teacher Training
This is an intensive three-day programme (18 hours), designed for advanced students and active or aspiring pole dance instructors. The goal isn't to learn more tricks. The goal is to learn how to teach: to gain structure, clarity and tools so every class has a beginning, a middle and an end. To know what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to adapt it to different bodies and levels.

The teacher training is aimed at:
- Advanced-level pole dance students.
- Active instructors who want to improve their teaching methodology.
- Anyone who wants to move from hobby to teaching, professionally.
You don't need to be "perfect". You need to be ready to take responsibility for your students.
What you'll learn in the Pole Dance teacher training
The programme covers all the core areas required for teaching pole dance fitness today:
- Spotting techniques and safety rules.
- Structured lesson planning for beginner and intermediate levels.
- Proper use of equipment and essential technical knowledge.
- Organising and running a complete class from start to finish.
- Musicality and basic floorwork transitions.
- Adult teaching methodology.
- Injury prevention and management.
- Practical teaching practice and a final assessment in a real class.
The training is hands-on. We don't stay in theory.

When and where the Pole Dance Teacher Training takes place
The training takes place in July 2027 in Thessaloniki. The exact dates will be announced soon, based on participant availability. Spots are limited to keep training quality high.
