Your choice comes first
Google Analytics 4 is optional. We use it only after you select “Accept cookies” or enable analytics in Configure cookies. Rejecting analytics leaves every public page available. Before consent, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics requests or analytics cookies are sent or created by this installation. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled.
What is collected and why
With consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, visit duration, referring website and general browser/device information so we can understand use and improve the website. It uses a browser identifier; these statistics should not be treated as completely anonymous. We do not send registration form contents, names or email addresses through this implementation. URL query strings and fragments are removed from the page address sent to Analytics, except public blog article IDs and validated campaign parameters (UTM).

Recipients and retention
Google processes analytics data for STEP UP through Google Analytics. Processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s data processing terms for processing and transfer safeguards. The existing property retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, with the user retention period reset by new activity. Standard aggregate reports are subject to different retention rules.
Change your mind at any time
Use “Configure cookies” at the bottom of every page to reject analytics or change your choice. Withdrawal stops future tracking, removes the analytics cookies listed above and refreshes the current page to stop the running tag. It does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing or automatically erase reports already collected. Choices are stored separately in each browser/device.
Your rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data where applicable, or to ask about your consent. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Other services
The site is hosted by Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services receive technical connection information when resources are requested. Membership, interest forms and bookings open the separate STEP UP application. This analytics consent does not grant permission for tracking in that application or on external websites.
